Carbide products manufactured with materials best suited for each tool,processed with most modern machine equipment and with newest coating technology contribute to high precision and high efficiency cuttings of automobile parts and die molds. MCO, high-speed steel with cobalt, was developed by Okazaki's own technology and has a long history.
MCO has higher hardness, higher thermal resistance and higher wear resistance than conventional high-speed steel, SKH51.
Diamond and CBN grinding wheels have been developed by considerable grinding tests based on the longterm experience as a tool manufacturer and a user of wheels. Many of the production items have been standardized, contributing to prompt delivery at a low price. The delivery time is short for customized products as well.
